What SYG does

Structured analysis of contested strategic questions with the sourcing standards of the intelligence profession; design and secure deployment of agentic systems, including research on how language-model agents fail and how their bias is measured; and literature-grounded reviews written for a skeptical reader.

Our stance

Every design choice is explained, every judgment is logged, limitations are documented rather than managed, and we do not sell forecasts.
